NDA Annual Conference
The 2025 NDA Conference will be held October 5–7 in San Diego, offering docketing professionals three days of education, networking, and industry engagement. Designed to address both current challenges and emerging trends in the profession, the meeting will provide a balance of structured learning sessions, practical workshops, and opportunities for peer-to-peer connection.
The program is set to open with chapter chair meetings, focused workshops, and a welcome reception that will bring attendees together at the start of the event. Over the following days, the agenda will feature keynote presentations, sponsor-led sessions, and dedicated tracks for litigation (LIT) and intellectual property (IP) docketing. Topics will include ePCT best practices, artificial intelligence in docketing, USPTO updates, and strategies for cross-office case management. Together, these sessions aim to give participants actionable insights into improving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within their organizations.
In addition to formal presentations, the conference will include interactive formats such as roundtables, panel discussions, and fireside chats. These sessions are intended to foster dialogue between experts and peers, allowing participants to exchange perspectives and explore solutions to shared challenges.
Networking will also be a central part of the conference experience. Attendees will have multiple opportunities to connect through daily breakfasts, lunches, and evening receptions, which complement the educational program and encourage professional collaboration. The event will conclude with closing remarks and a reception, providing a final opportunity to reflect on key takeaways and strengthen connections across the docketing community.
